Steel City Drones Flight Academy was in Truckee California from July 29th through August 3rd with both the Police and Fire departments for a full week of drone training. You can watch a highlight video of the trip below.
The Truckee, CA Fire and Police Departments purchased a DJI Matrice 210, Inspire 2, and Phantom 4 Pro for their emergency response needs. Steel City Drones Flight Academy provided Truckee a complete drone program as well as drone training. All 10 responders received Steel City Drones Commercial drone training package which includes:

- Advanced Flying
- Advanced Ground School
- Commercial Drone Applications
